Property Location

The site is located to the south of Guildford and Shalford, and north of Bramley, just off the A281 Horsham Road. The main access is via Tannery Lane with a secondary access from Chinthurst Lane. It is approximately 1.4 miles from Shalford Train station. Bus service; routes 24,53 & 63; exist in the near locality adding to the very good transport connections in the local area. The A281 provides access to Guildford and from there the A3 and M25 Junction 10, and Horsham and Gatwick to the south.
