Property Location
The property is located in a prominent location at the roundabout junction of Bangrave Road
(A43), Corby Road, Stamford Road (A427) and Weldon Road, which leads to the Town Centre.
The A43 / A427 form part of Corby’s outer ring road providing excellent accessibility to the
industrial areas being midway between Weldon South and Weldon north Industrial Estates.
The site has mainly dual carriageway access to the town centre approx. 1.5 miles to the west.

the A14 and the A1
Weldon itself is a pretty village with a population of approx. 2,000 and with a significant amount
of further houses planned to be developed in the surrounding area including Weldon Park
(1000 houses) and at Priors Hall (8,500 houses) the site has a significantly improving location.
